Once I laid eyes on them I knew that they were special, and brides were going to travel from near and far to try them on, says owner Shana Lepsis, of The Blushing Bride boutique in Frisco, Texas. We’ve received calls from brides all over the country inquiring about these couture gowns by the Mother-Daughter design team in Naama and Anat. They are very special indeed, using only the finest in European laces, and intricate beading, the dress making skills of this designer team are impeccable. I could hear the enthusiasm in her voice while she asked questions about the Naama and Anat dresses, and even thought she was from San Diego, her Mom lived in Houston, and she was actually the one who had sparked the curiosity about the Naama and Anat gowns, says Shana. Her Mom had seen the gowns featured on a blog, and sent Carol Anne the photos saying, what do you think about these? Well at the time, we were the one and only retailer in the United States to carry Naama and Anat, so she called us, and I had the pleasure of answering her questions, and giving my professional opinion over the phone that she should definitely come and see the gowns in person, I believed it would not be a wasted trip. It was about 3 weeks later when her Mom flew up from Houston, and Carol Anne flew in from San Diego to see the gowns firsthand. We tried on 3 of the Naama gowns, and there was one in particular that stood out from the rest, it was the “Devine” dress with sheer, illusion back, pearl draping, and swirl lace, with cascades of tulle skirt. We paired the Devine gown with a waltz length lace and pearl veil, it was perfect!
